adequate stay near the beach
great breakfast convenient location helpful owner noisy bed limited channels uncomfortable seating
the location is very convenient the beach is a short walk away. the owner nikki was helpful. breakfast had good options and was served hot.
the bed made noises it sounded like it might collapse. the television offered few channels. comfortable seating was limited to dining chairs only.

beach access quiet atmosphere missing shower mat rickety drawers
I liked that it was super close to the beach and the shops. i also really liked how quiet it was. I did not hear anyone else, even the dogs!
I noticed there was no shower mat inside the shower, and i had a fall. also, the drawers did not have runners. They were rickety.

The room included nice, big towels. The bathroom was very clean with a bath and shower. I found plenty of sockets in the room, a very practical feature.

excellent stay near the beach
delicious breakfast homemade treats
nikki greeted me upon arrival and showed me to my room. the breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the poached eggs. i really enjoyed the homemade treats that were available each day.
the drawers in the room were a little rickety and difficult to open, a minor inconvenience.

the location is excellent, close to both the beach and the town center. the train station is also within easy walking distance, around three minutes, a real bonus for travellers. this makes accessing local amenities very convenient.

breakfast was amazing, with a good selection of options available each morning. nikki cooked my poached eggs to perfection and always made sure i had everything i needed. the food was AMAZING!!!

the guest house provides parking, a significant advantage in such a central location. there is also a fridge by the main door with fresh milk, a really nice touch. the guest house also provided homemade cake.

the room was very nice and neat, with plenty of tea and coffee available. the bed was particularly comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. there was sufficient cupboard space available too.

warm welcome fresh milk convenient location faulty cabinet uncomfortable chairs limited channels
nikki offered a warm welcome upon arrival. i found fresh milk always available for tea and coffee. the location is wonderfully close to both the beach and the town center, it was perfect.
The bedside cabinet door did not shut at all. We found it a bit inconvenient. there were only two uncomfortable dining chairs, we wished for something more relaxing. the tv offered very few channels.
